$2 million in liability insurance for high pressure cleaning in a commercial building.
Certificate of workers compensation/ Dept.of Labor and Industries insurance for their employees.
City and state business licenses.
Bonded with a Contractor's License
Certificate proving certification from a reputable organization, like IKECA
A list of references.
Pictures of the work after it has been preformed.
Supply a "certificate of performance" (hood sticker) affixed on or near the hood system serviced, at minimum this certificate should indicate the date of cleaning, the name and phone number of the servicing company, name of inspector/cleaning technician, next service date, stating the date cleaned and next cleaning, as well as contact info for company servicing the system.
A complete, certified service and inspection report at the end of the job. Documenting any mechanical issues, areas not cleaned and why, issues of accessibility, safety concerns.
